Recognizing the personal dignity of each individual, CASC maintains a linguistically and culturally competent staff that works with our community partners to respond to the changing needs of the community.

CASC maintains a stable funding base with the support of individual donors, small businesses, foundations, corporations, governmental agencies, and our local health care and faith communities.      Back to top

Our History:

CASC was founded in 1967 during President Johnson’s War on Poverty, and became a not-for-profit agency in 1982. Our offices are currently located at 116 North Main Street in the center of historic Hightstown.

CASC is governed by a board of directors comprised of one-third representatives of the business community; one-third government representatives or their designees; and one third representatives of clients or their advocates.      Back to top
